I last visited Kranji war memorial back in April 2007. It’s seem an even prettier place with workers constantly tending to the graves.

Something new tried out. Handing the whole pano setup for this to get closer to the roots and under the wooden boardwalk while it’s low tide within the mangrove area.

Aerie

Undergoing some improvement when we visited. On the way up, met a friendly resident of the Tower.

IMG_0380tiny

The Aerie, the lookout tower, allows visitors to get a commanding view of SBWR from a high vantage point. Designed in steel and timber, the 18-metre high lookout tower can accommodate up to 30 people within a tree-house like environment. The concrete-platform tower is enclosed by timber louvres for ventilation and offers a visual screen so that birds nearby are not startled by human presence in the tower. Most of the work has been prefabricated off-site and assembled very quickly on-site to create minimal impact on the environment during construction.

ITCoW - In The Course of Work is a website I maintained at http://www.itcow.com and contains some technical and IT stuffs and writeups. Check it out. ITCoW 360, this site, is a sub site used to maintain all panoramas shots. Click on the images on each posts to launch the 360 panos.

Most of the 360 Pano are in DevalVR, although you can view them with just Quicktime installed, they will not be in fullscreen mode. Install the DevalVR plugin, it's just but a few seconds to download and install. Alternatively, there's at times, Flash version of the panos I release. FPP version of panos are Flash too, so if you have Flash installed already, you're all set.

Click on the respective icon to download the plugins.
